Looking for a D24 Custom Special headlight knob...these will be identical to the more common brown knob except that they are black in color...

Further, if anyone here can shed light as to what makes a Custom Special a Custom Special I would be pleased to know...the cars do have black steering column, steering wheel, and dash knobs..I think these cars are fairly well loaded with options from the factory but cannot seem to get any real information. They are available in a multitude of model, Town Sedan, Sedan, Convertibles etc both home and RHD export models..I am thinking they may be a special order vehicle either placed by a dealer or customer in advance. Any insight would be appreciated..
