Can the battery tray be removed? If so, how is it done?

About two dozen spot welds and some tack welds need to be removed. If its a parts car, cut it out. Project car? Remove hood, fender, grlll. The tray on these cars adds a lot of rigidity at thar corner ...IMO a bolt in replacement won't make muster. Make sure you find a replacement before you get too far into it..Steve
