I talked to the owner. He bought the car thinking the posi rear end would go under his Chevelle. He bought it as a parts car. He's never started it or tried to, but he says it's all there. No title. It's complete, but you can tell by the pictures what shape it's in. He says it does need a windshield though. Osage City, KS is about 40 miles south of Topeka. He works nights so the best times to call him are in the ad.
