| Re: buick nailhead engine color If your "economy" minded, like me, I've used Krylon, or Tempo, or Plasti-kote's Alpine Green. It's the green that Detroit Diesels use. Very, very close. If you're repainting the entire engine, no one can tell. < $5.00 per can compared to $14.00 to $16.00 per can. (12 oz. aerosol)
Classic Buick is now selling Ford Green as Buick Green - not close so beware. If you peel off the lable, the cap says Ford Green under the "Private label Buick Green."
