| Re: 65 Headlight visors Well, 1st thing to do is see if it shut down due to the thrermal circuit breaker.2nd thing to do is disconnect the linkage and the two prong plug up under the bumper near the battery. See if it (the motor) energizes when you "hot wire it". If it didn't shut off with the limit switches , there's a good chance it sh!t the bed. happens quick. What you want to do is set up a toggle switch and some alligator clips so when you are installing, or adjusting it you can manually turn it on and fine tune those limit switches to stop in the rite spot. It can be an expensive learning curve, I'm afraid!
