help with 1978 C30 Chev truck brakes

Hi all
Can anyone assist or point me in the right direction re: how to remove the rear brakes on a 1978 C30 dually? They're not proving to be easy to work on, so any help will be appreciated! thanks

What exactlly is the problem? If they're drums then the parking brake may be stuck. If the drum is frozen then back off the adjuster tap on the drum with a hammer and it should come off. You'll have to work it back and forth while pulling but it should work.
