appraiser info

I have a 1972 GMC 4 WHEEL DRIVE, shortbed with factory AC AND am/ fm radio with 72,000 miles on it.
It has been partially restored. new fenders. moter rebuilt , not driven yet.
Had a guy deal with stripping the frame and spraying the frame with a rust deterrent.
I probably have roughly $ 4,500 spent in restoration. Also 4 new good shocks.

Was wondering if there is a strong market for this project? I have seen these sell for over 20 K when done.
I have been affected by job loss and can't currently finish this project. had considered selling it, but not sure if my asking price(3 years ago 10) was realistic.

I welcome any comments .
Thanks
