Strange Double-Twist Horn... Model T Ford?

Here's a funny-looking little double-twist horn. The "twist" section looks almost identical to a 1910-1912 Model T Ford double-twist (Rubes or Nonpareil), but the trumpet part is another story entirely. It's made for a LHD car, which makes me think it's an uncommon OEM for a T. There's no mfr's stamp anywhere. Any ideas?

A mirror immage of this horn was used on EMF for 1912. Would say that this one is indeed unusual.
