Please help ID these two trucks

A friend of mine was just given these two trucks, and we dont know anything about them. They dont have titles, and so we cant figure out what year they are. We also dont know if the motors are original. Both trucks have flat head I6s. Here are the pics, please let me know what yall think.

Thats excellent, thank you!

Do you know where I can find specifications for those years? If the trucks are restorable, we would like to get them as close to stock as possible.

Re: Please help ID these two trucks

The right one is identical to my '49 Dodge.

By the way, if anybody is interested I need to get rid of mine. It is a 1/2 ton wrecker, looks sort of like a Roman chariot in the rear. Ran perfectly & complete when parked 15 years ago. 6 cyl, std w/brownlight and winch. In barn but body cancer bad. Tx Title. In Lufkin, Tx. Any fair offer or trade.

Why doesn't anyone ever give me ol' Dodge trucks?!

I could bet that those flathead sixes are originals. I guess Dodge trucks came with 25" long engines? Not the shorter ones that were used on passenger cars?

Here's some good parts resources that I have used:

Dodge City Truck Parts

Andy Bernbaum

Roberts Motor Parts

I guess there's plenty more - but these just came to my mind
