Yes, it is very cool. It is located near Chicago. The owner is very motivated as it has been sitting for years with rent being paid on the parking spot. He tells me it can be gotten running but I did not witness that. The price about a year ago was in the ball park IMHO.
I thought it would make a awesome touring car. You would always have somewhere to get out of the rain.
Be aware though the pictures do it too much justice. It is in need of restoration.
I passed on it for two reasons.
1 I'm not a big Ford fan
2 It has no factory A/C which was a negative in my view. Yes, I'm sure it could be added.
I have seen a new interest in vintage campers at shows. To me this would be the kick!!
