    Mystery 30's Hood Sides

These were on a 31 DeSoto that I brought up from Mexico. They are not Chrysler Product hood sides. I would like to know what they were taken from. It looks like they added about 4 inches of material to the small end to make them work.

Based on the two equal length loovers I'd guess they were 1937 Chevrolet truck hood sides. The area above the top loover was for a Bow Tie Logo.
