Can you re-scan it with de-frag switched on to take out the moire. There is a relatively clear logo on the radiator which is made unreadable by size and moiré dots.

From messing about with the logo and the shape of the radiator, I would go for a cca 1909 Adler from Germany.

Vintman, I think you are right, it`s not easy to read on the radiator, but I think the first letter is "A"
