Smile A few switches to identify

I have boxes and boxes of these switches and they are all in very good condition and clean up well. Any takers on trying to identify? I am in the process of loading lots of these pictures on Flickr for people to try to find what they may be looking for. Thanks for all your help!

Re: A few switches to identify

top two pics are from a 55 or 56 Dodge, is it marked as 6 or 12 volt? as this is what will determine the correct year.. 55 6volt, 56 12volt
The rocker toggle switch(PANA0074.JPG) is from a Mopar in the 68-69 era.
I believe the bottom left is also mopar but can't for the life of me, place it to an era.

Re: A few switches to identify

Top Switch is for 6v application so I guess it is for '55. What is the control for? The top knob seems to have 4 slight stop selections, the lower knob is a "tighter" rotation and doesn't seem to have any 'stops'. Could this be a heater control switch?
I have several of the rocker toggle switches, The ID number on this one is 3940217, maker is Indak, the selector has 4 'stops'. The other switch that is just like it but w/3 stops is Indak but no number. The push/pull switch is made by Cole. Thanks!

3940217 is a 69 Impala heater/blower switch with AC, From what I gather out on the net.
I'm thinking headlight switch on the 6volt job.

The bottom right picture is a Headlight Dimmer Switch. Equivalent to a Standard DS-40 which fits alot of different cars.

Re: A few switches to identify

Any more ideas? I have posted many pics of parts I have available to ID and a group forum for posting pics for others to ID. The link to the photos is: Flickr: Docs Gal's Photostream
I am hoping that this way people can go and help ID parts for each other. Thanks!

Re: A few switches to identify

If you had better lighting and a bit larger pictures it would sure make the ID easier. They almost look like cell phone pics.
Place the item close to a large window or take the pic outside or set up a light other than the flash (use the flash too, even outside)

Re: A few switches to identify

Hi Docsgal,

Do you have the correct switch (offset) for the power convertible top for a 1970 Cadillac Deville Convertible?

Please PM - thanks,

Marty
