Among things my father accumulated and not used in restoration of our '32 Buick, I found what appears to be an "in car" defroster manufactured by Schwarze Electric Co. in Adrian, MI. It is Model 71 "Safe Ray", with a small electric coil inside a crome plated cup (about 2" diameter and 3" deep) with reflector, and mounted to an arm with adjuster. Looks like a bracket would srew or bolt to the dash.
Does anyone know what it is for sure? And what year they were made.
Thanks,
John
I hope I have properly attached to photos that will show the item in question and bring it to the top. Hoefully, someone has seen these before and can help.
John
