CIGARETTE LIGHTER with DISHED IN FRAME identification

Can anyone take a guess on the automobile or truck that this cigarette lighter came from?

I wonder if it was from the backseat area of a big car in a console.

    no makers marks seen.

    thanks

Looks like an accessory for the rear seat of a '30s car. Can't come up with a name though.
