Here's my guess Locoman: 1908 Studebaker-Garford. Maybe Stude8 can assist on whether this is a Studebaker. That straight top clinches it for me?!

I have never seen a car from that period with a laid back radiator. Never seen the lights covered either.

I think the 'laid back radiator' look is caused by the pic being distorted. Look at the right rear wheel. The lights would be covered to prevent damage from stones. Nop idea what it is at this stage but I don't think it is a Garford.
