Brass Hand Wind Shield Wiper
]I found this recently and would like to see if it has a specific application or it was generic. It is made of brass. It would clamp onto a wind shield or windshield frame of and open car. The inside has a felt insert and the out side had a rubber blade. When the hand lever is moved back and forth the blades move up and down in the holders.Any idea of its application or year of manufacture? There are no identifying marks that I could find. Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
