28" 6-Lug Wooden Spoked Wheels for identification

Just wondered if anyone might be able to provide me some information on these 28" diameter Wooden-Spoked Wheels.

Not sure if these are reproductions or restored originals, but they are really nice.

I have no idea what type of vehicles might have used wheels this large.

Any help would be great.

I see four. There are two hiding in the shadows of the front ones.
