I don't know the make of vehicle but I think the way they wrote 100 is goofy.

I believe that is a Nash speedometer, early 1950s.

The 100 is definitely unusual.

The guy who built the speedometer was also a math teacher. He decided, in pursuit of higher education, to remind folks that 10 x 10 = 100! Nothin goofy about that!
