    Question tach dwell question

No one seems to have a tach dwell any more so... They are available several places and say 12 volt. My cars are 6 volt, will they work? Do I just use a 12 battery? I know it seems like a dumb question and I think 30 yrs ago I knew the answer but here I am. I hope when I get one my memory or how to use it comes back. Thank-you

    Re: tach dwell question

I used mine on my 6volt desoto with no problems . It isnt a brand name meter just has two wire connectors one for the coil and one for the ground. I had the meter for quite a few years. also used it on my 65 chrysler.
