    Re: production numbers

According to The Standard Catalog of Buick Buick sold 3770 1948 2 door Super Sedanettes.

That book, which has been revised 3 times since 1990, lists production numbers as best they are known for all Buick products (although I understand they've been known to be in error at times).

If you really want to know about a specific Buick, post this on the BCA site with engine and frame numbers. Dave Corbin will no doubt answer with what you need to ID the vehicle.

This is a beautiful car and has admirers in the restoration, rod and custom, and low rider groups. I wish my grandfgater in law had that car for me.
