I have plymouth sedan that I'm looking for information on.

I have information on that era, since I have a '28. What are you looking for?

trying to find out which year it is. it has a small oval back window, three speed on floor, heater, and what i would consider for that era fancy speedometer/gauges

The small oval window would imply a late 1930 30-U model or a 1931 PA. There should be a serial number plate on the right (passenger) side front door hinge post.
