parts washer fluid thread?

There was a thread recently about parts washer fluid. I have searched and searched and can't find it. There was a lot of good information shared, which I now need. I remember that someone said the water-based fluids were no good and you could have safety-Kleen come to your house and service your cleaner. Someone had a good solution that could be mail ordered and come UPS.
