Guide Bulbs

I have an old Guide Spotlight that needs a bulb.
I have looked over the Internet and cant find any and I thought I would ask before going out and buying Hemmings.
Does anyone know who sells Guide bulbs for a 6v spotlight ?
Thanks

Re: Guide Bulbs

I will go check in the barn. I may have one in an old light. I will let you know this afternoon.

Re: Guide Bulbs

Bill ~ Do you have the bulb number. I have a bunch of 6V fog light and driving light bulbs in the drawer and they may be the same. ~ hvs

Re: Guide Bulbs

This is a 6 V sealed beam spot. No numbers on it anywhere I can see but it looks like a bulb inside of a glass case. The inned bulb has the wroding
"Sealed Spot" with Guide in script across the middle.
It looks like a reflector on the inside but mine is so rusty I cant tell.
It is 5 and 1/4 inches in diameter.
I hope this helps and thanks for all the help.

Re: Guide Bulbs

Head on over to Farm & Fleet, sounds like a regular old tractor light. They come with screw terminals or 1/4" male lugs for auto cables, you might have to adapt one way or the other depending what they have in stock.

Re: Guide Bulbs

Still trying to find one so bumping this back up to the top.

Looked through Hemmings with no luck. Been awhile since I had actually looked at one.
