Hi, I have owned a bunch of 1931 Caddys over the years, and still have one now. You question is not clear to me. Please rephrase it. Thanks, Ed

it is the ball that screws on top of the gear shifter it also has the letters "VS" on it i am wondering what kind of price i would looking at if i was to find and purchase one the last time i was involved in the refurnishing of a car it was the little things that dug into the budget.

On the V-8 the shifter knob is just a plain black knob. They are not very rare, and a very good one should be less than 100.00 What body style is the car you are looking at? Enclosed is a photo of my 31. Ed

    Anonymous...just a few suggestions:

Your choice...

--As for photos/pasting, to accomplish this, you must send a memo and attachment to peterg@aaca.org. He will post the photo on this forum.
