The answer is NO! The biannual Reliability for pre-16 cars was held in Chattanooga, Tennesse the week of Oct 20-24. This event was a joint AACA/HCCA (Horseless Carriage Club of America) tour that featured 98 brass era cars. Many rare marques were seen including Locomobile, Regal, Packard, Pierce Arrow, Peerless, Havers, Chalmers, Hudson and others. This was along with better known makes Ford and Buick. It was wonderful week of touring, sightseeing, and fellowshipping. We had participants from 21 states and Canada. One of our sponors was Coker Tire Company and they have a blog where they posted many pictures from the week (see link below).
Brass era touring is where this hobby and AACA started. Unfortunatly if gets overlooked too much today but it a unique and fulfulling experience. It was a great for me personally to have the opportunity to participate and see this group of cars on the road and meet some great folks.
