contact Bill Sullivan - he has a posting on the VMCCA site. There is a strong VMCCA group there, but nt an AACA chapter. What kind of car do you want inspected? I might be able to send you to a person who knows the make well. Bill is a Buick - LasSalle guy. Also, there is a shop that specializes in colector cars there, The Old Car Garage, Mr. Agnew owns the shop. Your prospect could be brought in there and put on a lift, etc. He would robably want to charge you.
