1939 Louisiana License plate, Please.

Thanks to John Ricketts who has just sent a 1939 Mississippi tag to us, we now have 47 states (of the 48) as well as Manila represented for 1939, the year of my fathers birth. Completing this collection would mean the world to us and Louisiana (my birth state) is the only state not represented and I was hoping that, being this close to the goal, abject begging would work. I know it's something for Buy/Sell but I was afraid it would just get lost there. If you can help, please let me know sam 205-482-0165
