need help with 36 body tag

I have a 1936 Buick model 46s that is missing the body tag. I want to get one made but I do not know what info needs to be on it such as the style number. Trim number etc. My car has dual side mounts. Rumble seat. Ranger radio. and the original color is like a dark blue greyesh color. If someone know that style number and trim and paint number I could really use your help. If anyone e has a picture of a 46s body tag if you could post it would really help so I can use example to get one made thanks.
