My '37 Special did not come with the original gas tank. The one that is currently on the vehicle sat empty for many years and has a rust problem. I would like to replace it before it starts leaking. I am not concerned with keeping the car completely original. Are there any late model vehicles that have a gas tank with similar dimensions and have the filler pipe in the same location?
