    1950 Desoto engine is being rebuilt. What is the proper color?

    Hey folks,

    My Engine is in the shop and being rebuilt, I need to know the correct color to paint it. Currently one motor is silver and the one in the car is a light blue. What is the correct color for this engine?

    The engines were silver with all of the attached accessories being painted black.
