Wanted! '54 Star Chief Parts

Hi all,

I'm looking for a few specific odds and ends to return my Star Chief to completion:

1) Deluxe battery cover
2) Driver's side door mirror
3) Pitman arm

Are you still looking for a battery cover?
I have a battery enclosure frame WITHOUT the snap on topcover. People that have seen it say that it may be a Pontiac or Packard item.

Here's a brief description and some dimensions.....
- The top has 3 rectangular slotted openings, each measuring 3 1/2" front/back, 1 3/4" side/side.
- The spacing between two adjacent openings is 1 3/4".
- The center to center dimension of the hold down bolt holes is 20 1/8".
- The overall length, front point to back point, is 21 5/8".
- The overall width is 4 1/2" wide.
- The overall height is 2 1/4".
- Has the original 1"-diameter rubber bumper on one side.
- Has two arched openings on each side (for battery cable routing?).
- Has the clip on top to secure a top piece.

This item is in very good used condition and has been repainted black. Absolutely no rust, dings, or dents. Reason for selling: paid a good price for it and found out it will not fit my 1953 Buick 12-volt long battery. There are dimension differences for a Buick 12-volt one. $125.00 includes USA shipping.
