Hi,
The cap is from a '28 Pontiac, with the feathers broken off the rear of the Indian head. I'll have to measure my '28 to check on the size of the radiator unless yours came off the same car. '29 & '30 are similar Indian head caps, but the bases are slightly different.

In the AACA photo library there is a photo by clovers, Feb 27, 2009 view 313 and says 1928 Series Six 6-28 , the car is a Sport Landau sedan.
