I have a friend who has a 1937 LaSalle convertable-when he turns the steering wheel the horn will blow. I had a similiar problem with my 49 Packard inwhich a wire which runs down the center of the steering column was shorting out to ground. Does the LaSalle have a similiar design? Disassembley of the horn button-push in and turn ccw?
