1924 Cadillac Wheel Color

OK, I HOPE I can start some talk here... What is the correct COLOR used on 1924 Cadillac wheels?

Now, here is what I have so far?
I am told that:
The wood spokes were ALWAYS painted and NEVER wood finished.
That the wheels were all solid black.
No the lock rings were always silver.
No, the lock rings and inner rings were silver but the spokes and hubs were black.
No, the wheels were black and the rings and HARDWARE were silver.

Oh and the spokes had pinstripes that matched the color of the striping on the body.

So, OK now all you Cadillac experts.. Any ideas? Any photos? Any help? AND was it the same for 1925? <img src="http://forums.aaca.org/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

Thanks!
