What is this? 36 C7 Airstream question

Hi all - I have a couple photos of some parts we are trying to determine where they go (since the car came to us in boxes). The first is of the fender/horn bracket assy. I am nor sure if I have them assembled correctly. There is just no clear info out there it seems.

The other is of a panel that has got to go to the dash somehow but can't seem to figure out how it goes.

Are you sure that panel goes on the dash? Those holes in the panel look like windshield wiper post holes.

The curve of the bracket looks as if it were part of a fender support, or underhood body support

Mine is a roadster but I would imagine the two should have a similar Dash construction. I had mine out and don't remember a panel like that. Wild guess but it's not a panel for the header above the windshield is it? MIne is different because of the header so I have nothing there to compare it to.

I am actually not sure if it was supposed to go to the dash - it kind of lines up with everything but doesnt 'really' fit anywhere.

No windshield header on this one - not like that anyway. Very strange but what can you expect when it was in a bunch of boxes? Treasure hunt?

Fender/Horn bracket assy looks correct.
Unknown panel? I'm going to go out on a limb here - I'm pretty confident that it doesn't fit your car, anywhere. I don't recall anything like that around the dash.

I am beginning to think that it doesn't go to the car either. Possibly may have went to the 56 ford truck that we are doing. Thanks for all of the input.
