where can i find Glove box bumpers? also have a question on fender skirts: the outside edge appeared to have some kind of gasket/rubber material rivetted to the edge for additional anti rattle or weatherstripping needs. Where can i get some of that?
an i user Coker or one of those other vintage tire companies' wide whitewall radials with the rims on this car or do i need to stick with the bias type? i thought i read something about the radial's bead does not fit properly on the old rims?

Re: '36 C-10

scully6670,
!936 saw Chrysler introduce a rolled safety bead on the edge of the C9 & C10 Airflow rims which works perfectly for radial ply tires.
All other Airflows pre '36 did not have this raised safety bead and I could not guarantee that the radial tire would be suitable.
Check your rims and you should see a sort of rolled groove along the edge where the tire bead sits if you look from the outside.
I intend using Cokers on my '36 C9 Coupe out here in Australia.
You should be able to purchase the glove box lid bumpers from Steele Rubber products or Metro in the USA.
They have good websites with online catalogues
