VIN help please

Can someone direct me to a website where I can find historic Chrysler VIN's.

I've found an older Royal and need to ID the year. The plate was worn but the numbers I can identify are 7190015. There was also body 21356 then some others 3615T52. Thanks in advance.

On the drivers side of the engine block, just above the generator and below the head is where the engine number is. It should start with the letter C and then a number a space then more numbers. That number C** will tell you they model and hence the year. If it says C45 its a 1949, if it says C48 then its a 1950, and so on.
