What were the actual differences between a regular 1931 Phaeton and a deluxe Phaeton? Were driving/fog lights an option and if so what size?

Ot-These cars were generally shipped without bumpers which pretty much eliminates the possibility of driving lights being a factory installed option. The Chrysler dealer would have installed the bumpers and then installed aftermarket lights for the customer.

There was a 1931 Second Series Eight with a 260.8 c.i. engine and a 1931 DeLuxe Eight with a 282 c.i. engine. The bodies were by Locke and virtually the same from what I have researched. I could be wrong since I do not own either one.
