Can someone please tell me the best way to take the dash out on a 1930 Chrysler? I can't find bolts to take it out or is it welded onto the cab making it part of the body?

Can someone please tell me the best way to take the dash out on a 1930 Chrysler? I can't find bolts to take it out or is it welded onto the cab making it part of the body?
On the back side of the lower half of the dash is 2 nuts.
