The grommet for the gas tank vent is unobtainium. You can still find them at sites for Jeeps. Of course they costs $20.00 now.

I'll post if it's the correct one. Your number doesn't match the Chrysler online parts that I checked.

Follow up on this. The Jeep parts worked. The vent valve is Mopar #J5360058. The grommet is Mopar #52018823. The inside of the grommet is a little tight for the original valve, so I used both new parts.
the gas tank was the same as most Mopars of the same year. IE Dodge Daytona, Chrysler GTS, Dodoge lancer etc.
