It's that time of year again, they do seem to come quicker every year, and I would like to wish all those on this thread all the best for the Christmas season and the New Year. It is important that we take a little time and reflect on our own values and the good, and not so good, we did in the past year. Let's hope next year will be a little easier than last and that we all make a couple of extra friends. Again Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all!

Yes and to you too Bob. We are getting in the spirit. What a difference a few days can make. This taken this past week when I had to have my van in the garage to work on. Ho Ho here comes the snow

I've always heard TC's are good in the snow-not that I'll ever get a chance tto try it It will be a Merry Christmas for my little family, the bills are mostly paid and there are a few presents under the tree. Not only that but extended family Christmas was last weekend-glad that's over, those folks are crazy... We were supposed to spend the day with friends locally but 3 out of 4 in that family are throwing up sick yesterday/today-uh no thanks guys So now for the first time ever, we are just gonna be impulsive and drive somewhere after presents and breakfast.!? To the snow maybe??? Only 2 hours from our house-no but not in a TC, in a proper Snow car- T-Regasaurus my DD (V10 Twin Turbo Touareg) Merry Christmas to all! Heres a freind T-reg in the snow

TCs do very well in the snow, and can handle almost a foot of it with the bumpers removed.

Even though we have snow here in Maryland, I wouldn't dream of driving mine in the snow. Now that I have it, it's strictly a fair weather, fun machine. The GMC Jimmy is fine for the winter and it goes almost anywhere. If I can't get there with the Kimmy, I didn't need to go there anyway. As a teenager in the mid west, I had a '48 Studebaker that I couldn't stick no matter how hard I tried.
Merry Christmas to all or whatever holiday you may be celebrating.

Mkay... Kinda quiet here last couple days. I drove my TC today to Cars and Coffee in Irvine-with the top down. Froze My Arse Off! It was 48 degrees. That's as much winter as I can handle I almost, almost had to put the top up on the way home
Happy day after Chrismas. Gonna pull a fuel tank out of one of the project cars tomorrow and figure out why the 2 year old pump is not making pressure. I suspect the high pressure side popped off, I can hear it running but nothing is getting to the fuel rail/injectors. That same car has gotta be ready to road race and drive to Vegas in less than 2 weeks...

Between Christmas & New Years I have to get my ambition up enough to work in the uninsulated garage, to pull the seats and console out to give them a major cleaning and restoration. 48 degrees sounds pretty nice compared to -17 to -20.
