Yes door will interchange from 90 to 91 There are some things to watch for on body part interchanges, hard tops are different early and late, hoods, pulldown mechanisms etc...
As far as I know,any year door will fit another...

Get some leather from spare interior parts (like mine FS!)and have it recovered-cheapest and most authentic way to go.
