When I got my 1916 DB there was a sunvisor installed It appears to be aluminum and brackets attatch to the windshield stantions. My question is WHEN did these first appear ?? I didn't think that they were from the factory in 1916

You are quite correct in that this was not a factory accessory. It was likely an aftermarket attachment. I had one some time ago that was fastened to a '16 windshield also. It looks cool with the top down.

I know of a '15 that has a visor with green glass in it, still has the original man. decal on the glass. L.J.Houze is the co. name. Any name on your '16?
