1935 Dodge DU Sedan

Good Evening Folks

I require guidance on the removal of rear axle assembly on 1935 DU Dodge Sedan (six cyl).

I cannot "free" the brake hub to allow removal to gain access to the brake system and remove the axle.

I believe my young daughter may have broken the axle.

You will need a puller to remove the brake drum, where are you ?

Pullers were required to remove Mopar rear drums from the 30s to the 60s, it really is a matter of finding somebody who has one. Try these guys; chysler@gil.com.au they are near you.

Be certain that you have the brake shoes adjusted all of the way in or you will never get the drum off.
