Have you tried having the original recored? It should be a fairly common size core and a good radiator shop can do the job in a day or less.

The radiator shops that I have talked to always say that the core "will have to be made" by someone and there is no ready made match.Does anyone have a radiator???
Do you have the old radiator? Have them measure it and see for sure if they can get a core or if it's just that they don't want to fool with it. I had one of the highly advertised shops here tell me they couldn't get a core for my 64 Starfire, and went to another, slightly out of the way shop and the guy had it ordered and installed in two days.
Guess who has my radiator business now, and guess who I talk trash about at cruise night?

I have a NON air radiatior from a Super 88. It was holding anti freeze when we pulled the motor out. It is dirty and needs boiled out. $95 plus shipping if you want to take a chance.
Thanks,
Glenn
