1938 Olds 5 W coupe parts

I am listing this for a friend who is very ill. Additionally the city is getting tough on old unlicensed cars.
It is a 38 Olds coupe. The lower part of the main body has a lot of rust.
The floor behind the front seat is almost totally gone. The upper part is in very good condition. Unfortunately there are no doors. The hood, front and rear fenders, trunk lid, after market grill and surround, running boards, garnish moldings ( except for doors), sill plates are there and in good condition.
The bumpers and guards are there and repairable. The front seat frame is usable as a pattern and the most of the springs are present. Gas tank might be usable as it is not visibly rusted out.
There is only a partial frame and no drive train. It is sitting on a newer chevy frame so could be rolled around on that. I don't think it has a title.
He would like $500 but will consider all offers. I would think that the good parts would easily be worth that. IMHO
I have more pictures and can probably take more of individual areas if some one needs more.
I think the owner will sell the parts but I'm not sure how they can be shipped - possibly by Greyhound. Sure hope someone can use these so they don't end up scrapped.
