HI, MARK .Each Serial # Is Prefixed By Three Numbers And A letter;the first two Numbers (54) Being The Year 1954.The Third Prefix Designates 8-Super 88. The Letter K Signifies IT WAS BUILT IN KANSAS CITY, KANSAS. HOPE THIS IS HELPFUL.
