1938 olds
Hi everybody,
I recently purchased a 1938 conv, or should I say "all the parts to one" from a widow who's husband had taken it apart to begin restoration.
My goal is to restore it back to original condition, but I am having problems finding correct details, and sorting out all the parts in the boxes!! So this is my howdy-do to all. Anyones 2 cents is welcomed. I'm looking for photos (interior and engine), book recomendations (I have the manual and brochure), or
anything else that might be helpful for this specific year/model.
Thanks everyone

Re: 1938 olds
Congrats on your rare purchase! Saw the car advertised for awhile and wondered who was going to get it. You need to get a roster from both OCA and NAOC and find the few owners of 38's in the club. They can be of real help. Doing a basket case requires a lot of documentation and other owners should be able to help you. You can get a bunch from the manual and brochures but it certainly is not enough...good luck!
