Windshield Wiper arms in a 1933 Packard

I know this may sound as an absurd question, but I am interested to know the answer.
I have a 1933 convertible coupe. Should the windshield wiper arms be pointing inwards or outwards of the windshield when parked? Or both to one side?
Thanks for any help
Victor

My recollection is those vacuum Tricos will "park" with the wiper arms pointed OUT and thus flush and out of the way, lying parallel to the windshield frame
Pete Hartmann

VMG, I spent eight years restoring my 1933 Packard. Every original photograph shows the wiper arms facing outward. The next question you may have is: does the half moon shape portion of the wiper motor face up or down?

Correct Eddie. That would be the next question. In my case, being a Packard Eight, the windshield wiper motors are on top and the bows face downward. I hope this is correct.
Victor.
